REGISTRATION FORM

Thanks for registering yourself and your golf cart for the 2nd Santa Visits Dayton event! Golf carts must be decorated with a Christmas theme and agree to follow all rules as outlined below. Note that candy and goodies may NOT be THROWN but you may sign up to have walkers accompanying you who may handout items if you wish. Be sure and check the appropriate box on the registration form.

Santa and his entourage will depart at 2:00pm on Sunday December 18th from the Dayton Elementary School and will end at the same location. All golf carts must check in upon arrival at the school. Check in begins at 1:15 and carts should be in line by 1:50.

We encourage costumes and festive clothes but NO SANTAS ARE ALLOWED. OUR SANTA WILL BE THE ONLY SANTA IN THE PROCESSION.

Santa's route will be posted before the event, but is expected to be a more than three mile tour of the town.

I agree to the following rules and conditions:

No candy or goodies may be THROWN from the Golf Carts or by participants.

You must acknowledge below if your intention is to be accompanied by walkers handing out candy or goodies.

Your golf cart must be decorated with a Christmas theme or showing holiday spirit.

NO SANTAS ARE ALLOWED. Our Santa will be the only Santa present.

No entry considered political or controversial will be accepted, and the Town reserves the right to deny unacceptable entries the day of the event.

Walkers will accompany my golf cart to hand out candy or goodies.

By submitting this form I certify I am a licensed and insured driver and assume all risk for myself and anyone participating with my entry. The Town of Dayton is not responsible for any loss or injury, including any physical injuries anyone might sustain while participating. I understand that participants may be photographed and the photos may be used on town media, including publication on the internet. I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or unknown, or hereafter known or arising, against the Town, and its officers, trustees, employees, agents, affiliates, members, successors, and assigns, arising from my entry in this event.
